"My Blogging Experience"

I really enjoy it, because gave me the possibility to increase my English writing vocabulary, and improve my grammatical skills. In the beginning, when I wrote in “Word” was like the entire page underlined in red by the computer for my mistakes, but post by post I improve the grammatical mistakes, and the underlined decreased more and more. In that way is an excellent learning process. Apart from that I could develop my “English thinking” skills, this skills are related to create something thinking in English in the first time, I mean, when you have to write something in English, we use to think it first in Spanish in our minds, an then start to look for ways to say it in English, so the blog posting help me to develop in that way, and when I have to create something to post I immediately think it in English, so I can do it faster and words and phrases get out of my mind easily and fluid.
I think that if the work in the blog was done right it helps very much to improve your English, in other way force you to do it right because mostly of activities are about giving own opinion so you can’t copy the post, so is very good. I usually like the themes of posts, but it would be funnier if we had chosen the posting themes, so in that way I didn’t like it very much. Other thing that I like was that we did the work in classes, so we stay free of homework, and we could post other classmates blogs so we could know opinions and it was a good time to know better each other and we are in first year so it helps tooJ. Finally I can say that I enjoy it and learned very much ^^.

"My Ideal Job"

I’m not going to venture to say which exactly will be my job, but there are a lot of characteristics that I want for my future work.
In my “ideal” job I’d like to has the real chance to help Chile in any possible way, it is my requirement number one; has to be dynamic, I mean, I don’t want to be sit on a desk signing papers the rest of my life; has to be a job in which I can develop in different aspects; apart for that I like to has the freedom to develop different projects, and the chance of innovate in the system; of course the possibility to be promote too J.
I mostly will need the skill of be adaptable to resolve any kind of problem in the best possible way; I like very much resolve problems because test my intellectually in all aspects.
I’d be good for this job because I got a very developed the adaptation and the empathy skills, so I can see a problem from different view points to the resolve it in the best way.I think that find this kind of job is a little difficult, because this kind of works are related with higher charges, but if I effort enough I can reach the job.

"The Athena's School"

The Athena’s School was painted by Rafael Sanzio since 1510 to 1511. This Painting was made in a Vatican room to decorate it with “Frescos”. In the Painting we can see the most important philosophers of the old Greece, and in the middle “Platon” pointing his finger to the sky, to a higher “ente” that has the answers; and near Platon is “Aristoteles” pointing to the earth like saying: “No, here are the answers”. I’ve seen this painting a lot of times in my life, but when I began a “Humanist”, I could appreciate the real significance of the painting. Actually I don’t know if it has a specific meaning given by Rafael, but I can figure that after seen the level of thinking, ideas generation and main abstraction that this philosophers developed was so amazing and so important for the humanity, that they deserve be compiled and reminded in a painting forever. I like this painting not because is the more beauty, there are other nowadays paintings more interesting in the beauty’s point, neither for be the most creative. Indeed has a historical mistake: the painting represents Greece, and all the Philosophers were from Greece, but we can appreciate in the building structure the use of “mid point arch” that weren’t use by Greeks, but by the Romans. Anyway, the point is that I like for the feeling, that I think Rafael shared, of look that painting and imagine myself talking, sharing, living, the greatest minds of the old Greece, the minds that sowed the biggest ideas in knowledge.

"Do Schools Kill Creativity"

Sir Ken Robinson talks about how school needs restructuring the education, because the ways in which education develops were created in the past century. So that ways are obsoletes for the thinking process that the minds of the new generations takes. That makes that the creativity of children gets restrict, and they can’t develop taking advantage of all they natural talents. Sir Ken explains that this happen because the obsolete education works in an “In the Box” way. I mean that the education is so close, so stuck, that works like a machine, that the only response that is be able to produce is a prize if the student is in the right answer, or a punish if the student doesn’t give “the only , the absolutely and the unquestionable right answer that the system establish. The system works with positive and negative feedbacks, this kind of system make that the students close his creative responses, and start to produce responses according with the system to create positive feedbacks. I think that if the feedbacks could be always positives but in different ways of certainty, the fear of the students to get wrong could be broken.

SOCRATES

I think that the best politician for me was Socrates. He was a Greek, who lived between fifth and forth century A.C. in Athena. Maybe he doesn’t fix in the concept of the “modern politician”, that usually are just maximising wealth to get good results, he was one from the “old school”, I mean the kind of politician that put the justice over any other worth and that it is prepared and dispose to die for him beliefs, for the nation and the common wealth of the country. Those are reasons why he’s my favourite politician.
What he did in his life? … Take it from me; it is easier ask what he didn’t do. This is his legacy: He developed: philosophy, practic philosophy, logic, physics, metaphysics, ethic, science philosophy, dialectic, rhetoric, speech, art, beauty, epistemology, justice, virtue, politics, education and family. But all this wasn’t enough for him, he create and develop: the Gnothi Seauton (know ourselves), the Socratic problem, mayeuthic, the Socratic irony and syllogisms.
He was the master of many other philosophers and politicians, like Platon.
Suddenly Socrates was sentenced to die taking “cicuta”, for “don’t recognize the Greeks Gods and corrupt the young people”. He had friends powerful enough to release him(as many nowadays politician), but he preferred obey the law and die, to respect the sentence.

Public Administration

I’m studying it because it’s my way to contribute with the society, it is my door to enter at government machine and try to fix it in some ways, and make it better. I enter y to help people, country, and all the society. The public administration studies gives you a lot of tools in different ways to be a complete professional when you work out, the public administration includes subjects of English very important to develop the government today, math its important too because we need a fundamental base too administrate well Chile’s money and get a more efficient service to the country, us most important studies are about history of Chilean institutions, law and government introduction. with this subjects we have plenty of tools and ways to be good professionals, because as future professionals we need.

I'd like to enter government to try do well the things, transparent the process, and change bad things.

If I want to get into the government, I have to make big efforts, study a lot, and love my job with all my heart.

"Your Body" (act 3)

A) In fact I’m doing almost all this things and I fell very alive and full of energy even when I can sleep because I have to study, I think that it’s for be doing exercises.

B) I don’t drink alcohol because I don’t like it, and I don’t smoke either but in the university everybody smokes, and the playground it’s so small that you can not avoid be a passive smoker( I really hate this, they should respect more other people )....

In my house there are vegetables every time, and I like it with a lot of lemon...

I try to sleep the most that I can, but sometimes you need to study too much and I keep studding late at night...

I try to do exercises every night and I really feel full of energy ever its cool...

I like milk very much so I don’t think that I can have like bones problems; and finally I take a natural multivitamin every morning because my mother says I’m too thin.

So i'm a healthy man :-)

I took this photo with an old but very good camera that my parents gave to me in winter of 2005, it’s in Central Park of New York in USA it was summer, a hot and humid summer, in the magic, amazing, and trappers street of New York.

This picture shows a homage that says IMAGINE, this homage it’s in central park of New York and it’s near John Lennon house. In fact this homage belongs to John Lennon, and it’s in the right place where in December 8 of 1980 a “fan” shoots him five times at 23:15, after ask him for an autograph when he comes back home after a day of recording.

I like it because John Lennon is one of my favorites composers, and more than a simple singer and good songs, he left us a legacy, he represents a stop in the routine, that all of us should do sometimes to can figure and establish again us purposes, dreams and could follow them in a way that we don’t destroy the dreams of other people in favor of my dreams.

This website belongs to the MERCURIO an important newspaper in Chile.
This newspaper is very serious showing the information and they avoid falling in populisms, that’s the reason why it’s the prefer at time to get real and reliable information.
I found this site looking for the Mercurio’s website because it’s easier read the news in internet.
I use it very often, when I need to study for the actuality test.I like the site because it’s belong to the Mercurio, and for me it’s the best newspaper in town, but if you buy a real newspaper of The Mercurio it’s difficult to read because its too big the pages fall, you can not change the page quick and easy so is very uncomfortable, but in internet you can read it more quick, and read just the news that you want, you can look just for the notice that you need for the test, so it’s more comfortable by internet and it’s free too.

My favourite piece of Technology

My favourite piece of technology is the laptop, because it is useful like a normal computer but it's so much more comfortable; you can carry it everywhere and work or whatever you like to do anywhere. In the past the laptops were very heavy and the international web of technology wasn't developed enough, but today the things are different: the international web is so developed that sound almost impossible be disconnected of it.

I like the laptop because it keeps all the utilities of a normal computer like music, videos, programs to work and the appreciated internet, with the commodity of move around wherever you like that is a nice plus: for example in winter its too cold too be on the computer your arms get cold and you can get sick, but with a laptop, if you are so lazy like me :P, you can work or do your things in the warmest of your bed looking your favourite TV show; in fact is the principal reason for that I like lap tops.

You can get a laptop in every big store like malls, because are so common .
You can use it in a different ways, a laptop have thousands of different uses, you can play music, watch videos, look for things in internet. The only fact that you can have internet gives you a world of possibilities.
I don’t think that the life change radical way if the laptops doesn’t exist, but a lot of things would be complicated.

The funny thing it’s that I don’t have one XD.

RADIO_HEAD IN CHILE

The last 26 & 27 of March Radiohead was presented in the national stadium, the band play for more than 2 hours, but for the real fans, like me, you can't never have enough from them.
